In the course of a joint research study conducted by Prof. Dr. Heiko Hansjosten (University Heilbronn), European Institute for Knowledge- and Value-Management Luxembourg and TalentView, you are invited to join our profiling practice.
Your participation in this research study is voluntary. After you answered the questionnaire, you will receive your individual profile, which provides you with wide information about your talents and potentials, shown in relation to the existing job requirements in various divisions of a company and management functions. Your individual profile may supports you to reflect and develop your skills and also helps you with career planning.
Personal profiling methods provide also an important contribution in order to determine eligibility profiles, which is a contemporary issue in view of the high internationalisation of the working environment.
